Changed dates MDL meeting 1998

Correction to my earlier posting.

The 1998 European MDL Software Users Group Meeting will 
NOT take place in October as originally planned. It is now 
scheduled for November 9 - 11, 1998. We hope that this will not 
cause problems.

The Nimes meeting is unchanged - October 18-21.
