To my knowledge, those coordinates are already gathered in databases
like CSD, ICSD, CRYSTMET, PDB and I have never heard about any
permission asked to the >1000 journals or >200000 authors... In principle,
everyone can build a database. Simply do it ! Copy the coordinates from
the journals, not from the already existing databases ;-).
