handwriting software

Hello,
I am searching the following kind of hardware/software (either for Windows
or for Linux) - any help is appreciated:

I would like to draw a reaction scheme by hand on a computer tablet
(Wacom?),  this hand-drawing should be translated into a file
readable/usable by ChemDraw/ChemSketch/ISIS/etc.

I would like to write by hand and the handwriting data should be used by a
text editor.

Any ideas what to look for ?
