[FILM-Users 00319] problem with Sharepoint alerts

Dear microscopists,

it turns out there have been a few problems with Sharepoint Alerts to
microscope messages, due to the confusing way the Sharepoint floating
menu and alert setup works (it's easy to set up the alert for a specific
message rather than the whole list by mistake).

I've just sent out test messages for all microscopes, if you have NOT
received one for any equipment you are using, please do the following:

  * Go to the FILM Sharepoint site
  * click on your name in the top-right corner and select MY SETTINGS >
    MY ALERTS
  * There is should be an entry in the style of "FILM CF1 MESSAGES" for
each equipment and software you are using, without any topic
  * If this is not the case, please delete the wrong alerts, then go to
ADD ALERT and add the missing alerts you need ONE BY ONE (it
doesn't allow to add more than one at a time)

Thanks, good imaging,

Martin
