Hi Martin, by any chance do you know of any groups that do in situ
transcript localisation in tissues? I ask because we have a PhD student
who is planning to look at localisation of transcripts in the mosquito
ovary and testis but none of us have ever done it before. If there was
someone in College who had this type of experience then it would be
great as a point of reference. If it were Drosophila experience then all
the better but experience in any animal tissue would be great.
