[firedrake] extruded circle mesh problem

I just ran a 2-core (tiny laptop) DG advection in extruded parallel with this hack, solution identical to 1-core. So, we'll use this for the time being.

Turns out I don't. Something breaks when I run parallel (different looking answer, yay).
