[firedrake] Dependency issues

OK the story is as follows. Petsc is trying to be clever. Because we're
using a development version, the setup.py causes the minor version number
reported to pip to be increased by one - hence reporting 3.6.dev0.
The simple workaround appears to be to tell pip to ignore dependencies when
installing petsc4py:
pip install --no-deps git+
https://bitbucket.org/mapdes/petsc4py.git@firedrake#egg=petsc4py
Can you try that and report whether it works for you? If that works then
I'll change the install instructions.
Regards,
David
