This is short notice, but there are team photos been taken this Thursday all day, if people want them for their team.  (see below)

	Dear All,
	 
	The details for team photographs have now been finalised.
	 
	The photoshoot will take place on Thursday 17th March between 9am and 7pm. As you can see from the shooting schedule file there are 15 minute slots.
	 
	This schedule will be placed in the Student Activities Centre and clubs/socs/teams can sign up when they want to attend.
	The costs are as follows: Photo : £7.50 Frame : £3.00 (you must bring the money on the day and pay directly to the photographer)

	The format for this is turn up in kit at prearranged time and have photo taken. You can bring any trophies or other paraphanalia if you wish.

	Location : 

	Not raining and plenty of sunlight : Steps of Royal Albert Hall

	Raining or Dark : The Main College entrance (tanaka)

	Clubs/teams who don't turn up will be charged a fee of £25.

	I look forward to seeing you all on the day.

	Following my call to you a few moments ago, I realised that we're already booked on March 9th. Can we go for Wed, March 16th instead? Sorry about that.
	
	As promised, I attach a copy of our booking schedule for teams to sign up on. I'll also send you some posters to publicise the Team Photo Day once we've confirmed the date. If all the booking slots get filled, I'm happy to come again on the following day as well.
	
	Thank you for making arrangements for using the Dining Hall in case of rain, the Albert Hall steps and a parking permit.
