Unsubscribing from mailing list

Dear all,

In response to a number to email I receive every week telling me to unsubscribe from the mailing list, I am now mailing a set of instructions on getting yourself out of the list if you so choose to do so.

Go to http://mailman.ic.ac.uk/mailman/listinfo/judo-all

At the bottom, type in your email and password and a email will be generated to confirm the unsubscription. Follow the instructions from there.

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry. There's a reminder option that will send the password to your email.
