[klee-dev] where is the class for "EqExpr" located

Thank you Andrew and Heinrich for pointing me in the right direction. In
the macro there is a "create" method declared, but I am unable to find the
definition of that method. Can you please tell me where it is defined i.e
where is the method EqExpr::create(...) defined.
