Another approach might be to use the name prefix XDEV: on attribute 
values, e.g.

	BEHAVIOUR="XDEV:DisplayStandAlone"

and the contextref attribute you suggest, e.g.

	BEHAVIOUR="XDEV:DisplayInContext"
	XDEV:CONTEXTREF="saltmines.xml#DESCENDANT(1,ORGCHART)"
