Update IBM XML for Java

XML for Java, XML processor in Java, has been updated.

Changes: 06-Feb-1998 to 16-Apr-1998 
	Updated DOM spec. 
	Updated Namespace spec. 
	Document#print() adds no extra white-spaces. 
	Added new class: com.ibm.xml.parser.Format 
	Added TXElement#getNthElementByTagName() 
	Renamed StartTagHandler to TagHandler and added handleEndTag() method. 
	Added StreamProducer#closeInputStream() 
	Element Digest with MD5
	Added new package: com.ibm.xml.xpointer 
	Added new class: com.ibm.xml.parser.StylesheetPI 
	And fixed many bugs
