XMLNode is probably not derived from Node because there was no need to.
You traverse via its methods which allows you to get its parent, siblings,
and children.
EntityReference, when expanded, could result in multiple XMLNodes, so each
of the XMLNodes in the expanded view will return the original
EntityReference if getEntityReference is invoked.
Like wise, getEntityDeclaration will return the definition of the entity.
If I am vague it is because I have little details myself.
