Final alpha release of XED: lots of new features

There are no installation instructions because all you have to
do is unpack the zip file and run xed.exe.  If you tried that and
failed, I need to know the nature of the failure.  If you guessed
something else, let me know so I can forestall the misunderstanding
for others.
