Namespaces in 20 lines

I also think that parsing and detection of namespaces are easy.  I feel
that almost all of the proposals can quite easily allows these two.

I am very much interested in feedback from those applications which 
*modify* namespace-aware XML trees.  What happens if namespace declarations 
are added or deleted?
