SAX and Attribute value of type ENTITY ?

The name of the entity.  Remember that attributes of type ENTITY have
values which are the names of *unparsed* (aka NDATA) entities.
The whole point of such attributes is to be able to refer to unparsed
entities at all; they have no *values* as such.
