A specification draft containing the complete text of Sections 1-3 and
Appendix
A of the XSchema specification is available at
http://www.simonstl.com/xschema/spec/xscspecv1.htm. Section 4, XSchema
Transformation to XML 1.0 DTD, and Section 5, Connecting XSchemas to XML
Documents, are still under development. This draft presented for review; no
changes will be made to these sections until 8 September, 1998. All comments
and suggestions are welcome. The full site at
http://purl.oclc.org/NET/xschema/
is still active.

The spec is 21 pages (55K) right now, so I'm not posting it to the list. The
HTML is a bit messy as well. I will be cleaning it up - promise - just not
today.

Work on Sections 4 and 5 will continue during the review period; I hope to
have
drafts of both up early next week. Section 2 is the core of the spec, in my
view at least.

Thank you very much to _all_ the people who have contributed to this
project.
