[Excellent comments omitted.]

I strongly encourage Lars and anyone else with specific technical
comments about XLink and XPointer to send the comments directly to any
or all of the following people:

Bill Smith, chair Bill.Smith at eng.sun.com
Steve DeRose, editor Steven_DeRose at brown.edu, sjd at eps.inso.com
Eve Maler, editor eve at doctools.com

While XML-Dev is an excellent place to bring up implementation
problems like these, the members of the XML Linking WG do not all read
this group. The people listed above can make certain that your
comments get to the right place.

All the best,

David
