XSchema: Sample naming ballot

Technically, no; 4 July (Saturday) is the U.S. national day.
However, many people will be away from work (and email) for the entire
Friday-Sunday period, as many companies allow 3 July as an
effective holiday.

I suggest postponing the ballot for that reason.
