Data Types (was: RE: Dates in XML)

I posted a note about data types a couple of months ago. Since
then a W3C submission was made so...  see
http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/NOTE-webbroker-19980511/
because it includes DTDs for data types that are ready to go.
