Here's the latest Notations draft. It now sports an XSC:More element and uses
attributes instead of child elements for its content.

As always, a prettier HTML version of this will be posted shortly at
http://purl.oclc.org/NET/xschema.

2.5 Notation Declarations

Notation declarations are made with XSC:Notation elements nested in the
XSC:XSchema element.

<!ELEMENT XSC:Notation (XSC:Doc?, XSC:More?) >
<!ATTLIST XSC:Notation
    Name NMTOKEN #REQUIRED
    id ID #IMPLIED
    PubidLiteral CDATA #IMPLIED
    SystemLiteral CDATA #IMPLIED>

Notations may include Public Identifier or a system literal, or both. XSchema
processors should ignore XSC:Notation elements that contain neither. Public
Identifiers and system literals should conform to the rules in Section 4.7 of
the XML 1.0 Specification.
