New release of XML for Java: 1.0.4

IBM XML for Java 1.0.4, XML processor written in Java, has been
released.

It is a bug-fixed release.  It does NOT conform to the latest
DOM (19980720). If you use Sun JDK-1.1.6 on Win32, install the
`JIT Upadte'.
