IE5 support for XML and CSS

In case you missed it IE5 will support much of CSS2, and will also allow
embedding of an XML document via an <XML> tag or a <script language=XML>
tag. As far as I can gather the XML elements will not be rendered but the
full XML DOM is exposed for script manipulation. CSS can be applied to the
elements.
