  ISO date formats:
   YYYYMMDDTHHMMSS[Z]
   YYYYMMDDTHH:MM:SS[Z]
   YYYY-MM-DDTHHMMSS[Z]
   YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS[Z] (eg.  1996-07-16T13:19:51Z)

Z := UTC (aka GMT) else unspecified (resp. local)
