Name for XML DTDs

From long experience writing documentation and trying to influence the terms and 
slang people use, I can tell you that the difference between "XTDs" and "XTD" 
will quickly be lost.  .xtd is too convenient as a file extension and will 
quickly come to mean the whole thing.
