XSchema Question 2: Namespaces

How will XSchema use namespaces?

The use of namespaces, is, I hope, less complicating than the use of RDF, 
though it too depends on a W3C draft, not a recommendation.  Namespace issues 
and RDF issues may overlap to a certain extent.
