Storing XML documents in an OODB

Poet has *something* related to an OODB and XML; see
http://www.poet.com/CMSoverview/
It seems to want to be both a smart file system for intranet
publishing, and be an application platform.

I'd be very curious to hear any first-hand accounts of it.
