Microsoft COM parser (was Re: It's time for practical XML!)

I have an XML parser written in Delphi that currently supports parsing all
parts of an XML doc EXCEPT the DTD . . . once I solve that little problem, I
expect to be able to freely release it, with source. Also, as Delphi has
one-click ActiveX wrapper creation, I will compile and offer it as an OCX,
as well.

On an unrelated note, anybody know why the mail list doesn't set the
reply-to on messages to itself?
