I've fixed the undeclared SV element in the latest version. I introduced
that problem while fixing the non-deterministic content model problem
yesterday. XJParse 1.1.14 can now handle this document from the Web site
but not when the files are loaded from the local hard drive where it still
reports AllenWatson.xml not found. XJParse 2.0.4 seems to work from both
the local hard drive and the Web site, but it's hard to tell since it
doesn't report as much as XJParse 1.1.14.
