Can someone tell me if there is a way to set something like this?

                                          |
<!ATTLIST memo                            V
       distribution (public|private|public local) "public"
>

I need that "distribution" just have this values

Can I set an attribute like this? I try to qualify the input format

       start           (([1-9][0-9]*) | ([0-9]+.[0-9]+))   #REQUIRED
