ATTN: Please comment on XHTML (before it's too late)

Which begs the question, when is it proper/suitable/desirable/"right" to
create a new namespace?

for creating any at all.  They might as well have given each tag its own
namespace (well hey, namespaces are only for syntactical disambiguation,
right?).

Bill Joy has said that there are only three number that matter in computer
science; 0, 1, and infinity.  Once you're past 1, infinity's not that far
off.  8-)
