I'm sure this has been brought up before
on this list; but I was wondering if in
a future version of XML MIME style boundaries
could be used to delimit non-XML content.

For example:

  <root xmlns:cdata="http://w3.org/XML/MIME" >
    <cdata:my-boundary>
      data that is not compliant with XML and
      does not contain my boundary.
    </cdata:my-boundary>
  </root>
