	Subject: Component Markup Language

	Hi,

Has anyone thought about or worked on an markup language to describe
a
User Interface in a platform independent way?

I'd think that this would language would describe: instantiating
components, adding them to containers, and configuring interactions
	between them.

	Thanks,
	- Robb
