XSL and namespaces

Someone pointed out that XSL does in fact work on the URI-replaced
namespace, not the prefixed name. I missed this because I was looking for
more sophisticated features. I'm not sure yet if the support provided is
"sufficient." It seems like we should have a mechanism for dynamically
assembling stylesheets BASED ON the namespaces used in a document. But
maybe that's not necessary.
