attaching files

hi all,

i am attaching two file  (    GetInfo.java   - servlet     and
xsl - file ) when i run the servlet from  MSIE5(beta). Its giving error
like .

both files in the same directory in my file system (c:/cnb/shop.xsl and
c:/cnb/GetInfo.java)

Access is denied. Line 3, Position 1
