Announcement: XML Infoset Requirements Published

It seems that ``Information Sets'' perform a similar role to SGML and
HyTime's ``Property Sets''?  Since I'm sure the WG is aware of that,
is there an intentional distinction being made by using a different
name?  or is it just a more generic term?
