text to XML conversion

I updated my home page at
	http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Platform/4871/

to show an example of converting a semicolon delimited file to XML. The test
file is the one used by DataChannel for showing their XML generator. The
test files are added to the zip file for Windows platform.
