The Microsoft IE5 "technology preview" contains a parser that supports the
majority of the features and syntax described in the "XML-Data" paper,
(http://www.w3.org/TR/1998/NOTE-XML-data-0105/). The parser supports
datatypes, open content model, order-independent content model, namespaces,
and validation.

Naturally, there have been a few small changes in syntax over the
intervening year. See http://www.microsoft.com/sitebuilder/ for details.
