All,
I know you want to stay up to date on the latest XML products and
technologies, so I thought you'd be interested in knowing that there is a
free beta version of Object Design's eXcelon XML data server available on
our Web site (http://www.objectdesign.com).
eXcelon is a high performance, highly scalable XML data server. It's used
to build enterprise XML Web applications and can be used with existing data
sources as a middle-tier application cache or in stand-alone mode as a
back-end data source. Key features include:
- Support for XML and DOM
- Support for SQL
- In-memory distributed XML database
- Comprehensive tool suite
Unlike relational-based approach, eXcelon fully leverages XML flexibility
and extensibility by storing XML in its native format.
You can find the free eXcelon beta under the "shortcut" menu the Object
Design home page. Please feel free to contact me if you would like
additional information regarding eXcelon.
I hope you find this useful
Sorry for the intrusion
Regards
Vittorio
