It's marginal. In favour is that XML-DEV is a good breeding ground for
ideas. Against is that this is formally a W3C activity and that it's easy
to spend a lot of discussion getting nowhere. In the past I have tended to
discourage such discussions, but I have deliberately let things run a bit
more freely over the last 2 months or so.
