| You'd get that through the start/endExternalEntity event -- the
| external subset is just a special entity, read after the internal
| subset (we might want to use the special name '[dtd]' for it).
I should have thought of this, of course, and, yes, I think we should
use a separate name for the external subset entity, to make it easier
to identify. Doing so isn't as clean as we might wish, but I can't
think of any good alternatives offhand.

Yeah, I know, and I agree. I think it's the right way to go.
