Using XSL as a Validation Language

XSL can act as an XML validation language. The W3C schema effort is
tackling something much more ambitious than simple validation it seems,
but they won't be ready for a time, so some people might find a more
immediate addition to their validation tools useful.

Attached is a note in HTML about this, including the XSL templates.
