XML pretty printing in HTML

OK. This is probably the last message on this topic. I've hacked
together an HTML pretty printer in PERL, based on the code Matt
Sergeant sent to this thread a while ago, and made it available on
my website.

It doesn't even handle CDATA, entities or processing instructions,
but I don't really need these, and they shouldn't be very hard
to add (an exercise for the reader?).
