EDI to XML?

Yes, there are a few.  I am not sure what your needs are.  Sterling
Commerce just released a version of their EDI mapper that supports
XML.

Also, any conversion tool (Omnimark, Perl, Java, etc.) can be
used to go from EDI to XML.
