Reload in XML

Hi, I have an XML file that uses a CSS file for styling, by having this line
in my XML file:

 <?xml:stylesheet type="text/css" href="main.css"?>

 The problem is 'main.css' changes very frequently, and thus when I access
the XML file, the cached version of 'main.css' is used instead of the most
up-to-date version. Is there anyway I can force the browser to reload
'main.css' everytime I access the XML file?
