It wouldn't hurt, I guess, to use hname for experimental pieces like
airports.rdf, but I cannot in good conscience recommend it to my
customers for real implementations until it gets IETF sanction;
otherwise, it's not guaranteed unique (other parties might use it for
other purposes).
