Not by me at present.  I do have some orphaned Java code that
plugs XML Catalog support into any SAX environment by implementing
the org.xml.sax.EntityResolver interface.  I haven't
had time to debug/document this.  (Any takers?)  It supports
only the OASIS format, not the XML-syntax format.
