Make sure you are using a recent version. There are some versions
around with two bugs:
1) the thetas entity has a spurious "?"
2) another entity has a spurious space in a comment delimiter (-- >)

What are the bogus complaints you are getting?

I will be putting the recent version on http://xml.ascc.net/xml/
in the resources page, as the definitive version.
