An open letter to Rick Jelliffe,

Rick I was most amused by your e-mail
gently savaging all those who are trying
to ignore those aspects of XML that they
don't like.

However, I don't think you expected
it to be the catalyst for just such
a "cut down" proposal just hours later!

And for us all to waste more bandwidth
on this!

It's a strange world. :-)
