Separating documents in a stream

But which parsers support multiple documents in a stream
without forcing us to do it manually (by converting each
documents into a string and wrapping a stream around it?
We might have to add a paragraph to the SAX 2 spec if we
want this feature to be supported by all the XML parsers.
